Roseville is one of the Placer County’s most vibrant and thriving cities. It is a sprawling area comprised of three distinct areas – East Roseville, Granite Bay, Central Roseville, and West Roseville. Within those communities lie 72 meticulously maintained parks, welcoming families and active adults with sports facilities, play structures, and picnic areas. Roseville prides itself on being a bicycle-friendly community with more than 90 miles of bike lanes and 32 miles of off-street paths.

The City of Roseville operates the Roseville Aquatics Complex and the Roseville Fitness Center, with climbing wall among other activities. There is also an abundance of privately owned recreational outlets, including golf courses, competitive soccer, water sports and waterslides.

Professional and personal amenities are plentiful with Sierra College located nearby and two state-of-the art medical facilities in the heart of Roseville. The Galleria and The Fountains Shopping Centers are places where the community gathers to shop, enjoy seasonal events and dine at a plethora of shops and restaurants.

Downtown Roseville offers a small town atmosphere with an intimate thoroughfare embracing the community's historic roots. There is a neighborly vibe with art walk, street fairs, Wine Down Wednesdays, concerts in the square and outdoor film showings. You’ll also find restaurants, cafes, shops, ice cream parlors, and several venues for cultural and performing arts - many of which offer activities and classes for kids.
